At N+1 there is a basic cultural principle, namely, that effort is not sufficient to ensure a good service: in addition to our effort, we have to make things happen for our customers and ensure that they happen well. They trust us precisely because of that ability and we know that a sluggish organisation cannot deliver.
The partners of N+1 have arranged our company as an “open” organisation. This means that there is a high level of decentralisation in the day-to-day decision-making process, based on the principle that everyone who works for the company will be ultimately accountable.
It also means that as a partnership, we have mechanisms in place ensuring that strategic decisions are taken based on the opinions and declarations (and, if appropriate, the vote) of all partners.
We understand that another basic characteristic of an “open” company is transparency both externally and internally. All of us who work in N+1 have access to the group’s quarterly financial-economic information.
Finally, another basic aspect of our culture is our independent approach to all the activities we carry out. N+1’s capital is owned by its partners and there are therefore no economic or other interests which may impinge on our independence.
