The N+1 Group’s training program is an essential component of the firm’s talent development policy.

In terms of ‘scheduled’ training, the goal is to ensure that all Group professionals receive ongoing, specialist, external training (given by sector professionals) with a markedly practical bias. The program is structured into three major groups, corresponding to the various phases of career development: junior analysts, senior analysis and VPs, directors and partners.
