This fact, together with our high degree of specialisation, makes human capital especially important and the management and attraction of talent is a top strategic corporate priority, if not the top priority.
Without setting aside our three foundational goals, solid and future- looking project, profitable for those who push it forward, and in which amusement is a priority over obligations, at N+1 we have decided to add a fourth one:
