N+1 Corporate Finance has a specialist division, the leader in the Spanish market, devoted to the provision of corporate finance advisory services

In 2008 and 2009 N+1 Corporate Finance was particularly active in debt refinancing advisory work, successfully advising 14 companies on restructuring a combined total of €11bn of debt. Under the framework of these refinancing deals, N+1 also advised these companies on the sale of properties to creditor banks for an aggregate of €1,190mn. Virtually all the refinancings closed were in the real estate sector, although the department is currently working on refinancings in other sectors such as construction, consumer goods and industry.
